Providing economical and quality long-term care for veterans . . .

Illinois Veterans’ Home at Quincy 2018 Master Plan

A Master Plan is a term used to describe the organizational process that occurs on large-scale construction, architecture, or engineering initiatives. The Plan is a comprehensive document that outlines the approach for a project by identifying its long-term impact on a piece of land, building(s), or community. The Illinois Veterans’ Home at Quincy (IVHQ) Master Plan will provide recommendations for the short-term and long-term future of this campus. It is our goal to provide a framework that promotes the best possible care and environment for our residents.

The IVHQ Master Plan was completed in mid-December of 2018.  A public open house was held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in which all members of the public were invited to review the final Master Plan recommendations.  Check out some of the resources below to learn more about the recommendations in the final Master Plan.

Review the final campus Master Plan and have an opportunity to speak directly with the project team. This Public Open House will be held on campus (1707 N 12th St. Quincy, IL 62301) in Lippincott Hall. Attendees may arrive anytime between 4 PM and 7 PM to examine the final Master Plan.
